Your account or the exercises
Something not working, feedback that looks wrong, or a suggestion. Tell us what you were doing when it happened and we can usually find it.
Payments and refunds
Refunds are given within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. Include the email address you paid with.
Your data
Requests to see, correct, export or delete your data. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Questions we cannot answer
We are not connected to the organisations that run the YKI test or decide citizenship, so we cannot tell you your official result, register you for the exam, or say what Migri will decide about your application.
